Apart from the over a decade I have spent helping care for pregnant women and their newborns in London, England and Texas, New York and Georgia in the US after graduating from the University of North Texas with a Bachelors in Nursing and a registered nurse designation I am also a Mum of two, one of whom arrived three months early, really giving me a very personal insight into just how special your own babies are. Right now I am having the time of my life, watching my babies grow up - they aren’t babies anymore but still - and helping the Mums of Wayne and Pike counties in Pennsylvania prepare for and deliver their bundles of joy at the Wayne Memorial Community Health Centers and getting the chance to write and share what I have learned with Mums from all over the world. http://www.wmh.org/wmchc/default.aspx
