Lesson 1 – Body Awareness
Cultivating body and breath awareness is the key to develop the practice of mindfulness practice. Many mothers may not have done yoga prior to pregnancy. This session encourages mothers to stay tuned into their body helps them to be present with themselves, as this connection with themselves provides a foundation to stay in tuned with their own province (that’s their very own body and baby) during childbirth. Kegel Exercise will be introduced alongside brief explanation of anatomy of pelvic floor.
