After completing his formal education, Thomas Heng has gathered valuable communications, marketing and lecturing experience throughout his career. The Business Administration graduate has also garnered valuable life experience and decades of accumulated wisdom from experts such as Anthony Robbins, Jerry Clark, and Jim Rohn. Thomas has applied this knowledge in his consultations with directors, managers, supervisors and frontline personnel across the automotive, education and not-for-profit sectors, and created effective solutions for organisations and corporations in Singapore and beyond. Thomas undertook a Graduate Diploma in Education from Macquarie University in 2004. He has experience in the education sector from relief teaching, and in delivering private school programmes from Secondary to Advanced Diploma levels in Business, English, Mathematics, Science and Accounting. Thomas has also guided several primary and secondary school students towards significant improvement in results in a private capacity. Thomas firmly believes that education is a fundamental investment in the future, and that learning can be imparted and sustained in a fun and interactive way. Since 2010, Thomas has worked with children aged 4 to 16 years old in kindergartens, primary and secondary schools locally. Thomas is committed to touch 1,000 families in 2013 through consultation sessions, workshops and enrichment programmes.
